This website is operated by Veltrion Laboratories (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2026/155300/07), Cape Town, South Africa ("Veltrion", "we", "us"). By accessing this website, booking a consultation, or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy & POPIA Policy and Disclaimers. If you do not agree, do not use the website or our services.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorised access, or use it to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful material. We may suspend or restrict access at our discretion.
Veltrion provides strategic regulatory, market-access, commercial, and related advisory and execution services for operators in African markets. Information on this website is general and for information only; it is not regulatory, legal, financial, or investment advice, and must not be relied upon as such. A professional relationship arises only under a signed engagement agreement or a booked, paid consultation, and on the terms recorded there. See our Disclaimers.
We do not offer free consultations. A consultation is a paid professional session of up to 60 minutes, delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed. Booking and payment are required to confirm a session. We will propose scheduling after payment is received. A consultation is advisory and does not, by itself, create an ongoing engagement or an attorney–client relationship.
The consultation fee is displayed as USD 1,200 and is charged in the South African Rand equivalent through our payment gateway, Payfast. Prices are inclusive or exclusive of any applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Payfast under its own terms; we do not receive or store your full card details. You are responsible for any bank, card, or currency-conversion charges levied by your provider.
Any work beyond a consultation is governed by a separate written engagement agreement setting out scope, deliverables, milestones, fees, payment terms, and the use of regulated payment infrastructure (including, where applicable, a Section 86 attorney trust account). In the event of a conflict between these terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement prevails for that engagement.
All content on this website — including text, branding, the Veltrion name and mark, layouts, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Veltrion and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written consent, except for ordinary personal viewing of the website. Deliverables produced under an engagement are governed by that engagement agreement.
We treat information you share with us in connection with a request, consultation, or engagement as confidential and use it only to assess and deliver our services, in line with our Privacy & POPIA Policy. We expect the same of you in respect of non-public information we share with you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and without limiting any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 where it applies: this website and its general content are provided "as is"; we do not warrant that outcomes (including regulatory approvals, timelines, or commercial results) will be achieved; and our total liability arising from a consultation or use of this website is limited to the fee you paid for that consultation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to indemnify Veltrion against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful or unauthorised use of the website.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you.
