4. Project deposits

Where an engagement involves a project deposit, the deposit is held in an independent attorney trust account governed by the South African Legal Practice Act 28 of 2014 and the rules of the Legal Practice Council, and released against the milestones agreed in your engagement.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information is complete or current.

6. Limitation of liability
