You have the study. You need the country.

Subcontracted in-country regulatory, ethics and start-up capacity in African markets. Under your contract, to your quality requirements, behind your brand. We do not approach your sponsor.

A sponsor adds a country late

The protocol expands or enrolment falls short, and there is no in-country entity to carry the regulatory role on the revised timeline.

Registration sits outside your scope

You are contracted for the study, not the marketing authorisation, but the sponsor needs the product registered in the same markets and asks you who does that.

The market is too small to staff

One or two studies do not justify a permanent local presence, but declining the country costs you the wider programme.

Francophone or Central Africa

The language and regulatory dimension is routinely underestimated, and it is where most regional coverage gaps actually sit.

What we take on

Scoped to the gap, not to your whole programme.

01

Regulatory and ethics start-up

Submission preparation, authority and ethics engagement, and approval tracking in the target market.

02

Local representation

MAH, Local Technical Representative or applicant-of-record coordination with licensed local partners.

03

Sites and activation

Site sourcing, feasibility support and activation coordination through qualified local partners.

04

Import, permits and safety

The permits that gate study supply, and the local safety contact where one is required.

Where this works, and where it does not

Good fit

  • A defined country or cluster gap on a live or imminent programme
  • Subcontract under your MSA, quality requirements and audit rights
  • Repeatable country work across multiple sponsors
  • Regulatory scope adjacent to a study you already hold
  • Francophone and Central Africa coverage

Not a fit

  • Unpaid feasibility work presented as a pitch
  • A named local partner list requested without a mandate behind it
  • Any arrangement where we would contact your sponsor directly
  • Work in a market where we cannot identify a licensed local partner in time
  • A commitment we cannot evidence at the point of contracting

Everything a supplier assessment asks for is already published, so vendor onboarding does not stall waiting for policy documents. See Governance.

Tell us the country and the date.

Most of these conversations resolve in one call. Send the market, the indication or product class, and the timeline you are working to, and we will tell you whether we can carry it.

Scope and fee are confirmed in writing before any work begins. See our Privacy Notice.
